@SamsungUK @SamsungUK Who in their right mind wouldn’t extend their warranty? Had an issue last year called the help line ahead said we hadn’t registered it which we totally disputed and she said leave it with her to resolve and no she didn’t sort it

@SamsungUK last few washing machines have been Samsung and always thought their products and service were 1st Class. Until today! Phoned to report a problem that should be under the 5 year warranty to be told we didn’t register for it!
