Every time I contact customer care, I receive the same response: "Someone will visit soon." However, no one has shown up even once. This is extremely disappointing, especially after paying for the service in advance. Please resolve this issue immediately.

@JioCare Pathetic service from JioFiber. I registered a complaint 2 days ago, and the engineer visit has been scheduled and automatically rescheduled 4 times without anyone actually visiting.

@DGVCL_Official very worst service in city like surat. Every other day no electricity for 2 to 3 hours. No any notification prior electricity cut. Kudos to @torrantpower. Never facing such issues. Please hand over everything to them.
