This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.

I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.

To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for. Thank you 🙏

Today, I had the privilege of hosting the Fairfield Youth Worker Network (FYWN) meeting at CORE Community Services. We welcomed people from 20 youth organizations to talk about an important issue for young people—the proposal for a minimum age requirement for social media.

Had a wonderful day at Sydney Botanic Gardens with the MC team from CORE Community Services. We worked together, solved problems, and had a lot of fun. Ended with a nice lunch at Jounieh. Thanks to everyone who made this day special!

Today, we were honored to welcome a group of delegations from South Korea to CORE Community Services. They visited to learn about social work in Australia, how nonprofits work with the government, and the diversity of our society.

In partnership with Fairfield High School’s Intensive English Class (IEC), CORE community services, hosted a creative story writing competition during Term 3, 2024, inviting young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds to share their migration stories.

I’m proud to have been part of an event at @corecsorgau, where Chris Bowen MP and Dr David Saliba announced the SETS grant. This grant will help us continue supporting refugees and migrants, giving them the opportunity to succeed.

Proud to have attended the first meeting of the Fairfield City Council Multicultural Advisory Committee tonight as a member of the committee! It was an incredible experience meeting all the committee members and Mayor Frank Carbone.
