The latest from our connectivity provider is that "Both senior engineers and managers are involved in the investigation and we continue to work on this as a priority"

The extended time resolving this is apparently because there was no scheduled change to look into. Connectivity engineers are having to look at a number of complex pieces of equipment to find and resolve the problem.

@DarkKnight4444 Hi, it wasn't actually down - we saw no problems ourselves but some people were affected by a Cloudflare issue depending on the cloudflare node you were connecting to. They sorted the issue promptly.
