@PanasonicIndia My AC (CS-NU18BKY5WX) warranty is wrongly mapped. App shows only 1-year warranty and even says 5 years already “utilized”, which is impossible (purchased Mar 2026). Invoice shared but no response. This is unacceptable. Resolve immediately.
