Especially with the anticipated large number of Cybertrucks and F150 lightnings, this will soon become a significant issue otherwise

@Tesla @elonmusk @TeslaCybrtrk Update: They came around and let me upgrade to a new battery instead of remanufactured (replacement of which was covered under warranty), so my happiness has been restored for the time being. Still better than Ford (story for another time)

@Tesla Service has gotten abysmal, almost impossible to reach anyone or get responses in weeks, including managers. 2012 Model S, 175k miles. Needed new HV battery, $12k replacement failed after only 2 months! @elonmusk needs to fix this, ready to cancel my @TeslaCybrtrk orders

@freckled_frack I'm afraid I have to agree, it looks that way to me. For the US and the world as a whole, things will get worse, for a multitude of reasons, before they'll get better again. Maybe this is a necessary learning curve, but I'd much rather do without it.
