@ChemEpi @KRHornberger @HartungIngo Have you tried adding albumin or FCS? If that is not sufficient then small amounts (below CMC) of non-ionic detergent, like Tween or Triton could be beneficial as well. Avoid the use of organic cosolvents. What was the reason for the problem with Cremophor?
