⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️Jennifer Hough has officially WITHDRAWN her expert witness in her federal lawsuit.

On August 25, 2026, Hough’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn filed a letter with Magistrate Judge James R. Cho confirming that Hough is withdrawing her use of expert witness Rachel Powers.

That means Powers will no longer be used by Hough as an expert witness in the case.

This filing comes after the Court previously directed Hough to submit a letter confirming the withdrawal.

The filing itself does NOT dismiss Hough’s lawsuit and does NOT resolve any of her remaining claims. It simply confirms that Rachel Powers is no longer part of Hough’s trial strategy as an expert witness.
