Congrats to junior bowler Julia Sovinski, who was named to the "Storm-MDUSBC Celebratory Jr. Team Detroit." Julia is receiving the award for placing 2nd in the Youth Championship Singles-Actual Division. She will receive the award at the youth banquet June 7 in Madison Heights.

The girls bowling team, which earned the No. 2 seed for the match-play portion of the state finals in Waterford, reached the semifinals with a 3-0 win over Waterford Kettering. It plays the Marshall-Swartz Creek winner for a spot in the final. Go Falcons! @DC1958 @DCFalconBowling

Congrats to the girls bowling team, which today placed 3rd in the state finals. The Falcons, the No. 2 seed going into match play, beat Waterford Kettering 3-0 before getting ousted by Marshall, 3-1. Julia Sovinski and Ella Leleniewski compete Saturday in the individual finals.
