@PLDT_Cares @NationalNatcom PLDT says this is part of a system enhancement but only a few blocks has been affected. They are also claiming that it would take 3-4 days to have this fixed. There's a huge chance that their technicians disconnected my line for a new subscriber!

Block 16 and 23 has internet and I am from block 21! I am losing 2.5 days worth of work and you ain't compensating for that! It seems like your technician disconnected my net from your box which is an ongoing issue
