@drjanetownson We certainly need a balanced and coordinated budget between health and social care. We need to utilise systems and process to identify those most at risk of acute hospital admissions using data and then coordinate a health and social care response to support those at need at home

@HowdensJoinery-disappointed with your Customer Service. Crack in a quartz surface only to be told it’s down to thermal shock from a hot pan and so nothing can be done. This is clearly not the case, the crack started from hob cutout. 2 emails to Howdens Customer Services ignored

Unfortunately markets are imperfect and we cannot rely on market forces to achieve a fair price. Collusion by the major retailers to artificially keep prices higher. They should all be named and shamed

For instance, companies engaged by the NHS to manage discharges who require an ongoing and quite extortionate referral fee for their “services”

@KateTerroni @BBCBreakfast @CQCProf Agreed. The weak link in the chain is currently Social Care after years of neglect and underfunding. Social Care cannot be looked in isolation. Without an effective social care workforce we will continue to see bottlenecks and massive delays to hospital discharges.
