@JioCare I have been facing JioFiber internet issues for the last 23 days with no resolution. My connection is either extremely slow or disconnects automatically. multiple complaints, there has been no progress.
This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my recharge money. #jio
@JioCare I have been using Jio Fiber for one year without any problems. Today, a technician visited and said it will not work properly because there is no Jio network in your area.
It has been 20 days and my internet is still not working. I am repeatedly being asked to wait, no proper solution has been provided. give me a definite date by when my JioFiber connection will be https://t.co/QfwYcADzcQ many more years will it take for it to get fixed? @JioCare
@JioCare I’ve been hearing the same thing for the past 17 days—that the visit will happen tomorrow—but no one has come yet.
Please provide a fixed date by which my JioFiber will be properly working.

The date and time are showing daily, but for the past 14 days it has only been waiting—no actual visit has taken place.
@JioCare I have rebooted and restarted everything, checked all the wires everything is fine, but the internet is still not working. I’ve been reporting this since April 10, yet you are marking the complaint as resolved on your own. It has been 14 days now, and today makes 15 days
@JioCare there’s a problem with your fiber box. Water is coming through its wire. This can’t be fixed from your office.
I’ve been hearing this from your customer care people for the past two days.
