This comes after the routine maintenance visit yesterday uncovered an issue that rendered our 12 yr old furnace unsafe to operate, and the Hutchinson tech turned it off. 2 nights in a row with NO HEAT!! Thanks Hutch you should be ashamed of the way you’ve handled this situation

@ExpertlyBetter I would like to extend my sincerest expression of dislike to Hutchinson for installing a brand new furnace today only to have it fail this evening and then tell us that we’ll have to go the night without heat because they can’t send anyone out tonight.
