A principal médica que, segundo consta na perícia, teria contribuído, por aparente erro médico, para a morte do menino Gustavo, em Passo Fundo (RS), está processando o pai da criança por danos morais, sob a alegação de que ele a teria criticado nas redes sociais.

É isso mesmo: a médica que pode ter contribuído para a morte de uma criança de oito anos, sem demonstrar qualquer empatia pelo sofrimento dos pais, ainda achou de bom tom processar o pai da criança, um homem completamente desolado.

A família do menino Gustavo havia pedido a desistência do processo que havia ajuizado contra os hospitais, pois, além de passar a sofrer rotineiramente com pessoas duvidando do ocorrido, vinha sendo praticamente ignorada pela PCRS e pelo MPRS.

No topo de tudo isso, Volnei, pai do menino Gustavo, ainda foi vítima de uma tentativa de homicídio, que aparentemente pode ter alguma ligação com os fatos.

Todas as partes concordaram com a desistência, inclusive o MPRS. Ainda assim, a juíza entendeu por prosseguir com o processo.

E, já que é para seguir, fizemos a juntada do laudo que indica a possível ocorrência de erros médicos, informamos o juízo sobre a tentativa de homicídio e solicitamos a oitiva de cada uma das testemunhas.

Também houve representação formal junto ao Conselho contra os médicos envolvidos.
