@LieutenantRusty IT phishing became pretty frequent. I started reporting everything that wasn't from my team/business partners as phishing. Then they had to reply that it wasn't phishing, and yes I did need to respond to HR, or whomever, about upcoming training, lunch, etc. Retired now. phewf

@TJRPitt I don’t know where all the signs are, but there are reader boards showing approximate wait times approaching the border. And there’s online resources. If you don’t know to look, I can see how you’d miss them. BC is a beautiful place. Don’t let one bad crossing deter you!

@violetrose1410 American here who LOVES Canadian Tire! We vacation in BC at least once a year, and sometimes beyond BC. One way to get excellent customer service is to bring your giant Newfoundland dog with you! The dog gets ALL the attention, and treats and you get help finding stuff.

@EODHappyCaptain If you've never been to one, go in and ask for a guest pass. Do it when you have time to wander around all the aisles. Look at EVERYTHING. Buy some stuff. Check the rules about what your payment options are - I think any Visa?? Def. cash & check. Costco is a fave for me!

@dTumza @LightNonkanyiso Counter argument to them making lunch: Dad always made our lunches, bc, his words "It tastes better when someone else makes it, & you're not sure what's in there til you open it." *Can* kids do it? sure. I'm all for kids doing chores, etc. but sometimes love comes in a paper bag.

@muddymuddymum Find a sports-focused massage therapist and get a good full body massage. Part of the issue is the full string of muscles, shoulder to foot. It will hurt. After the massage, take a 30+ minute epsom salt bath. It may take a massage/bath each week for a few weeks.

They're not even removing the simplest standard deduction. I'd put the tax at closer to 70k-75k. I hate these oversimplifications of $400k isn't enough $$

@TXtater95 No kids, so no practical experience there. But... having worked with people who were homeschooled... I think there's something to the discipline of schedule, etc. that plays out once in the 'real' world.
