I had already mentioned on my 1st tweet about phone that phone is more than 3 yrs old despite this I was contacted by Samsung, then what was the purpose of contacting? Customers time waste in preparing job sheet and fake hoping because request had to be rejected and still no call

This company is totally fraud,
Few days back my Samsung S21 fe developed white line, i was contacted by Samsung, prepared job sheet from service centre, no physical damage, liquid damage was mentioned

I emailed it to Sales Representative Ms Kirti Kumari,
She firstly lied to me about receiving reports that she had already received and accepted too when I made firm clearance, made me wait for 4 days I waited, then she refused citing that my phone is more than 3yrs old

Kindly treat this issue as an urgent matter, s21 fe is my primary working phone which has developed white line due to manufacturing fault
There is no mention of physixal , liquid damage still ur representative ms kriti is making this case round and round

Worst service experience with Samsung. @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @SamsungSupport My s21 fe (3 yrs 8 months old) developed a white line issue few days back. I was asked to get a job sheet and email it. I followed every instruction exactly as told
