@zeptocares @ZeptoNow order number TK0DC7E9B7704. Issue with order. 1 item is missing which I have already raised issue. And secondly I ordered adrak tea for my wife who was observing fast. And I got this. No adrak not even boiled properly and sent it. It was completely wasted.

@zeptocares So this time if I am not getting my refund I will make sure to lodge an official complaint against Zepto of scam. This is third time I am facing this issue.

@zeptocares Last time even though the milk was leaking you didn't refunded the amount stating that I provided the OTP. Today as well it was delivered with OTP. The poor delivery person didn't had a clue he even raised the request about missing item but the items from cafe were horrible.

@ViCustomerCare today when I opened the Vi app for my bill payment, while pressing the pay option I got a popup and by mistake it got pressed. Next thing I know is some random ott plan worth rs 1100 got activated. I called customer support, and the lady told me that (1/2)

@ZeptoNow firstly when I am raising a request on customer support it is telling me to raise it on email. And when raising the request on email your customer support is saying that the product was not damaged. HRISSAHRF84118 was my order number @consaff @jagograhakjago

She told me that I'll cancel it but 210 inr you'll be charged since you activated. 1st, I didn't do it, 2. It was not more than 3 mins that passed and being told that I have to pay for it. Care to explain? @consaff @jagograhakjago

@coopbharattaxi I have taken cab from airport, where I got call from drives stating that 150 charge is being taken if I come and pick you up. So I decided I'll come out don't worry. And later when my ride completed I saw 150 added as airport charges. I have paid full amount.
