OpenAI's email about Pro 200:
Same price.
Work + Codex: 20x → 10x Plus.
GPT-6 Pro: 200 → 100 messages/week.
Dots are included, and there's a one-time $2,500 usage credit grant.
But the credits expire Dec 31. The quota cut continues.
That's my issue.
A feature can take an afternoon to build and months to support.
AI makes the first part faster.
I still want to ask:
Who needs this?
What happens when it breaks?
Is it worth maintaining?
#SaaS
My take on vibe coding:
Generating code is getting easier.
Knowing what to ask for, spotting what's broken, and deciding what's worth shipping still takes judgment.
That's the skill I want to get better at.

@Joshua_WD Not yet! We're waiting for Meta's approval for a planned WhatsApp Business API integration with coexistence support. Catalog sync isn't available today—I'm building this step by step.
Pretty proud of the UI/UX I've built for Karrito.
A SaaS for sellers to manage their catalog and take orders through WhatsApp.
Here's a look inside.
What would you change first? Honest feedback welcome 👇

@itsvlady Right now, Karrito handles the catalog and orders through WhatsApp. There's no built-in payment processor yet—sellers arrange payment directly with their customers.
My theory:
0 → 1K followers is the hardest.
1K → 10K gets easier.
10K → 100K gets easier again.
Trust compounds. Your audience starts introducing you to the next one.
Right now, I'm earning that first 1K.

AI makes it easier to ship features.
It doesn't make it easier to decide which ones deserve to exist.
That still takes talking to users, understanding the problem, and saying no.
#SaaS
TrustMRR shared one of my projects back in August.
Now I'm sharing the work behind my SaaS: demos, AI workflows, product decisions, and lessons learned along the way.
The numbers are one part of the story. Here's the building part.

Free trials are killing your SaaS.
I did the exact opposite of conventional advice:
🛑 Killed the free trial.
📈 Raised my prices.
The results speak for themselves:
• MRR growth: +70.37% (+117.53% vs prev. period)
• Net sales volume: $17,677.94 USD
When you give your product away for free, you attract freebie seekers who don't value what you build. When you charge what it’s actually worth, you filter for qualified, high-intent customers ready to pay.
Are you still holding onto free trials, or have you made the switch yet?
