Wrote this 2 years ago. Still a clear problem. No Leask or a set McMullen/Berrington = terrible death overs.

Watt’s improved. Use his LH option more.

The way Scotland use Michael Leask 🤦‍♂️ poor record against spin, smashes seam at the death. Bring him in in the 13th over against Rashid & Dawson and he’s out to spin and not there to finish the innings. Brought him in at the wrong time in 2/3 games.

Scotland have struggled most against left-arm seam, especially up front and at the end of the innings. Pleasantly surprised to see no Luke Wood, given that would be his exact role and he’s very good at it.

@WillLineUps @cricmetric Search for the player you want, scroll down to the bottom where it says ‘link to detailed stats’. Then this group by feature to select what you want to see. Can also change it to the format you want. Test, ODI, T20I, T20 or all T20’s.

@WillLineUps Just not that common, maybe worth adding in if someone has faced a lot of it. But for most it’s about 25 runs from 20 balls with 1 dismissal so doesn’t really offer much insight.
