@ACancaloo @meralco Exact thing that happened to me @ACancaloo . I paid their 'average' fees for March and April on time but still was charged with a meter reading from March. The May bill doesn't reflect the fees you paid for prior to it. They're totally overcharging. Sablay pa na magbayad on time.
