@AmazonHelp Got a standard email The email did not offer any solution or response to my query as to why I can’t cancel an order which is not even assigned to a delivery partner for over 100 minutes. Why was everyone at my family disturbed at 1:30 in midnight for an order placed at 11:37 am.

Seems @Uber @Uber_Support doesn’t give a dime to such issues and danger that customer has to face. Atleast @Olacabs had the audacity to acknowledge and reply.

@Uber @Uber_Support @Olacabs same driver on both app accepted both the rides from same number.. none of them picked up call. Uber called up and when confronted how has he accepted both rides he denied and gave a false number of his car. Finally he cancelled the ride from both.

Eventually the 5399 cab number cancelled the ride @Olacabs @Uber_Support @Uber this is extremely dangerous and don’t trust the safety of my family that uses these app.

@Uber @Uber_Support @Olacabs the uber driver stated his number to be 5399 against 5463 shown in both app. Eventually post driver cancelling ride , got allotted car with 5399 who called up and said that the fare was low and he can take us for 600 (against 400 odd shown) .

Not sure how he got his number added and I am not able to do any transactions as OTP going there.
