As of the latest reporting, the owner of the damaged dinghy has not been publicly identified. I wonder why, maybe it’s because he is either unknown or part of the criminal gangs facilitating the invasion of the UK.

If the boat involved in the Thomas case was knowingly being used to facilitate illegal Channel crossings, then some very basic questions need answering.

Who owns the boat? Who was responsible for it? Who made the criminal damage complaint? And has the owner or anyone facilitating its use been investigated, arrested, or remanded for people smuggling immigration offences that clearly endangers lives?

If there is evidence of people-smuggling or facilitating illegal entry, the same law must apply to them too.

We need the full facts not selective justice.
