@ggg_novel I'm not sure what the context of the anime clip is, but the character ("Flame Fox Tochionger Seven" aka 炎の天狐 トチオンガーセブン) is a live-action, "local hero" from the Tochio region of Japan.

We tried to beat the heat todat by dogwalking at 5am, a good 1.5 hours before sunrise. It was still 90 degrees out (but at least the humidity was onlu in the 20's, which is unheard of that time of night/morning!)
