Ou seja, o governo Lula criou uma brecha pra qualquer um pedir o bloqueio de qualquer celular de um desafeto, mesmo que não tenha acontecido roubo nenhum

E o celular roubado ainda pode ser desmontado pra vender as peças, não dando garantia nenhuma de que ele vai retornar ao dono original

This article by @VEJA is inaccurate. The U.S. court did not authorize the AGU to “defend Moraes” personally. The order granted the Government of Brazil’s motion to intervene — meaning the AGU may enter the case to present its own arguments. The order does not say that the AGU represents Moraes, and it does not treat Brazil’s intervention as Moraes’s personal appearance. The court’s order says Brazil’s motion to intervene is granted, but it defers ruling on Brazil’s motion to dismiss.

This article is also inaccurate when it says the judge “recognized Brazil as the real party in interest.” The court order says “Because Brazil asserts that it is the real party in interest…” — that is Brazil’s assertion, not the court’s ruling. The judge has not yet accepted that theory and has ordered Rumble and Trump Media to respond to Brazil’s motion to dismiss within 14 days.

Another overstatement is that the court “suspended the case.” It did not suspend the case. It vacated the default directive and denied the clerk’s default motion without prejudice, meaning Plaintiffs may renew it later after the motion to dismiss is resolved.

🇧🇷 A Brazilian couple has been sentenced to 50 days in jail for homeschooling their daughters.

The judge reportedly cited a lack of “gender and sex education”, “tolerance and diversity”, and even the girls’ dislike of trap and sertanejo music as evidence of insufficient cultural exposure.
