It replied to my issue and then left. Then i in replied and said it’s 1-2 day delay. I kept repeating myself and it did not understand. Then it said they’re busy and will take 2-3 days for a response. UNACCEPTABLE
Just wasted time and was scammed to open an account and number as a work around by a rep who did not grasp b my issue. Will wait and wait for an unavailable supervisor

@panerabread I tried 3x to make an observation on quality control this morning regarding my birthday pastry reward in your mobile app. No good. It was delicious as always. Just looked odd.
@united@united so TSA was fine at EWR but we’ve been denied access to the lounge because we only have day passes/ credit card unless we pay $750+ for annual access. Great way to start my retirement trip.
