@AmericanAir never cease to amaze me. Delay flight 5571 for 5 hours, bring in plane but no crew?!! Daughter stranded 2 hours from destination. This on top of our flight delayed out of LGA because you can’t manage ground transportation to get flight crew to airport(per pilot )

@ups so your longtime customers are forced to go to social media to try to get your attention to handle a Customer Service issue that’s not recognized by your AI system. A real failure on your part.

@ups not sure when you changed your Customer Service system, but it is virtually impossible to get to a customer service representative. To make matters worse the AI system doesn’t recognize the difference between the letters and numbers.

@UPS i’ve spent the last 20 minutes trying to navigate through your AI voice Customer Service phone number. With no success, you’ve clearly made a change in the last month or two and it is horrible! Any chance there’s a way to reach an actual person?
