@DevanshSaraswa4@ca_onlygain See his all posts he gives only random acceptance ratios without any reasonable assumption with respect to data readily available
@share_buyback@grok As per letter of offer , total shares held by retail(small) shareholders is around 45 crores on record date so your calculations become void ab initio.. Moreover , 68.2 crores shares includes a larger chunk of Non retail shareholders.
@ramkuma18536181@share_buyback It is impossible as today only 20 crore shares were tendered..going by this my estimate is total shares that would be tendered is 125-130 crores
@muthukrishnanv@share_buyback Yes I have no clarity regarding this 5 or 7 but I did placed my bid after market hours and on market holidays too..so I think bids placed on Saturday and Sunday will be flooded in Monday's bid count ..
But I pray it should be 35/2×5
@Aayushi53229100@share_buyback Now total shares reserved for all categories is 60 crore .
Hence 60 crore shares/ 125 crore shares = 48% acceptance on overall basis
But for retail it might differ as they hold very less portion of total equity.
@Aayushi53229100@share_buyback Approx. 35 crore shares were tendered in 2 days so per day shares comes out to 35/2..and buyback window is kept open for 7 days hence 35/2 ( per day shares bid) multiplied by 7 to calculate total shares that would be tendered.. ( Approx. 125 cr. Shares)
@TheWiser7@share_buyback But these individuals includes Shareholders holding shares >2 lakh ..breakup for which is not available..so AR should be higher than 31%
