@AmericanAir 2 of 2 turns out the bags were delivered in a complete different terminal. We were not notified of this. And after traveling for over 15 hours w head to go to a different terminal and pick up our bags. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

@AmericanAir my family and I came from Milan to Dallas through connection in Philadelphia. Once we arrived from Philadelphia to Dallas they told us to go to a specific baggage claim belt to pick up our bags. Our bags were never delivered there. We waited for an hour. 1 of 2
