@wxbrad Hi, Brad. I’m finally looking at replacing my Davis WX station. What’s your longer-term opinion on the Tempest? Especially rain, wind speed, and rain gauge. Thanks!
@TeslaCharging Fill in the hole in Western North Carolina. We're seeing more and more Teslas on Hwy 128, "The Dragon." Would be great to be able to charge in or around Deal's Gap, NC and have more range on the back roads.
I'm going to log off and try and take a break.
This piece lays out the stakes for the next few weeks.
And here's one last thread reflecting on my experience of covering the pandemic's second year. 1/

@johndickerson I just saw your Reporter's Notebook from today. I've been listening to you since the first days of the @SlateGabfest. We are fortunate, especially in these times, to have your voice. Thank you for your work.
@FancyPantless @ToddW_Logitech @Logitech@home_assistant Read before you consider buying a @Logitech Harmony remote. They have killed an important feature without warning.
Hey @ToddW_Logitech - was there a reason that @Logitech removed API access from #Harmony?
This is seriously a killer for anyone with any sort of @home_assistant or general #HomeAutomation integration. Why are we having this conversation again after the whole Link debacle?
Someone just said ‘onboarded’ in a meeting. I managed to get a single punch in before the table got knocked over. Coffee and avocado everywhere. I’ve got him pinned down. Police on their way.
@johnroderick I don’t tweet much at anyone but I couldn’t ignore your request on Road Work. Yes I listen. The one time I met you it was on your bus right before a concert and I was a little too instantly familiar and you retreated to the back of the bus. So, my natural reticence.
