@cineworld @tomsalu I checked all Cineworld locations with IMAX to try and find out and the only one was Chichester, which seems odd, is that really the only one or are other locations just not saying so, or do they not know yet? 🍿

@ODEONHelp Hi I booked a normal paid ticket for a film next week and now trying to book my limitless member ticket but keep getting the “you already have a myLimitless ticket booked” which I do not

@ODEONHelp I attended the scream unseen last night and had the ticket scanned, but I've received a strike email saying I missed the booking - staff did mention there was some kind of system error though so I assume this is related

@ODEONHelp the website seems to be skipping the seat page (on some times), going straight to the ticket selection, but obviously clicking anything there gives an error because no seats have been chosen. Also is there a way to turn off the "WHERE DO YOU WANT TO SIT" popup? thanks

@ODEONHelp It's not for any specific showing or seats but for example all showings of How To Train Your Dragon on 9th June are doing it (at Northampton, which has only just opened, so understandable there might be problems)
Later days seem fine however

@mubiuk hellooooo this seems to be cropped throughout to 1.33:1, it should expand to 1.85:1 for some sections (alley scenes definitely - one really obvious bit at 1:22:50 where both characters are cut off on the left and right) thanks 🦞
