This thread is dedicated to my beloved Mavuika, the ❤️🔥Pyro Archon Haborym.
Happy birthday🌹.
May you finally come to love yourself as much as you love Natlan and your people.
#Mavuika
@novahasopinions@cielikes Whatever happens, she will be forever in our hearts.
Good deeds, bad deeds.
Compassionate gaze, indifferent stare.
Small temper, terrifying power.
Baddie in black, eyes in the sky.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Long live Ronova, long live Ronova stans.
@sleepyphanes Thanks!
I know there are some CN players / lore enthusiasts posting on YouTube as well, but often without EN subtitles so we miss out some seemingly informative long videos.
I don't know much elsewhere.
And yes maybe xiaohongshu as suggested but I don't have that app.
Thinking about this again.
Actually, this is the reason why I tend to think the EN fanbase’s hyper-fixation on “colonization” and the dragons’ vengeance is not really relevant in the Genshin context, if not completely off.
Speculations only, but as mentioned in the quote thread-
I think CN players are more accepting of the “great sacrifices are necessary in desperate times” narrative and are more likely to see the full story context, so they don’t directly apply a colonial lens.
Genshin is a story of HUMANS. We have Neuvillette and Little One but we all know where they stand.
So, Hoyo basically guided us to accept the fact that humans ARE the principal beneficiary of the colonisation, now what, be nihilistic or be pragmatic and try to survive the abyss?
Because wiping out humans and restoring the planet will not make it different from the pro-Trisolarian cult in the Three Body Problem novel who are hell-bent on destroying humanity for a delusional cause.
