Do you panic and blame the season?
Or do you adjust, learn, and replant smarter?
Farming is not just about the soil and the seed. It is about the farmer. It is about how you respond after a tough season. It is about how you respond after a tough season.
In farming, one wrong move can put you in a ditch—delaying planting, missing a rain event, or making a wrong input choice.
But here’s the truth: every farmer will end up in a ditch. What sets successful farmers apart from those who struggle is not the fall, but the climb out.
Before you win, people question your effort.
After you win, people call it luck.
As 2026 starts, expect doubt.
Why you work so hard?
Why you farm everything?
Why you post every day?
Why you do not rest?
Your work will confuse many.
All you know,Your vision belongs to you.
Others do not need to see it.
Your duty stays simple.
Work today.
Move forward today.
Prove to yourself you improved from yesterday.
Stay consistent.
Results speak later.
A story is told of a wealthy farmer who had spent his life building a multimillion farm empire. One day, he was diagnosed with a life threatening disease. The doctor told him he had only one year to live.
Desperate, the farmer spent millions traveling the world in search of a cure. He visited specialists, tried new treatments, and even surrendered himself to experimental medicine. Nothing worked. Days passed, fear grew, and his hope faded.
In his darkest moment, an old man told him about a mysterious cave hidden in the mountains. The old man warned him, “The price you will pay is greater than gold.” With nothing left to lose, the farmer began the dangerous journey. After weeks of suffering, he reached the cave.
Inside sat another old man waiting. He looked at the farmer and asked, “Do you truly want the cure?”
The farmer quickly replied, “Yes.”
The old man said, “The cure is faith. Faith and trust in God.”
The farmer was disappointed. He had spent everything and endured great hardship, only to hear something that sounded too simple. As he argued, the old man looked at him and smiled.
“Your disease was misdiagnosed. You were never dying. Fear has been killing you. You gave up everything chasing a problem that was not real in the way you believed.”
The farmer stood stunned. He had lost all he built, searching for a cure to a problem that never had the power he thought it did.
That is how life works. Many of us amplify our problems. We sacrifice everything for our fears. We lose peace, sleep, and joy, only to realize later that the mountain we carried was not as heavy as we believed.
Think of the problems you faced five years ago. They felt unbearable, yet today they are only distant memories. God tells us in His Word “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
The woman with the issue of blood suffered for 12 years, but she made one decision of faith and touched Jesus’ garment. She was healed (Mark 5:25-34).
The centurion told Jesus, “Only say the word, and my servant will be healed.” Jesus was amazed by his faith (Matthew 8:8-10).
Our God is not interested in how big our problems look. He is interested in our faith and the decisions we make. Many of us are overestimating our pain because we have not given it to God.
That failure, that heartbreak, that poverty, that sickness give it to Him. “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).
God promises healing, blessings, and peace for those who believe. What looks unbearable today, with God, will one day be another memory.
On your own you will magnify the pain, but with God, His power shrinks it.
The Bible says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).
Hold on to faith. What seems impossible today will become your testimony tomorrow.
AMEN.
Hello colleagues, Let us have an Open discussion, Why does this farmer plant a maize like this? What's its importance, do they produce much produce than other way?
Today I am a happy farmer. Not because it’s harvest time. Not because I made money. But because I am changing a family.
I always speak facts. Do your research and adopt what works for you.
Today, being a public holiday, two of my followers called me asking where to buy Agripest 75EC Organic. Not because they want to start farming, but because they love their parents back home. One told me she has been following my trainings and decided to teach her mum how to farm safely this Mazingira Day.
These are two families choosing to protect the environment and care for their aging parents.
I will train you, and you will decide your path. As for me, my family, and my clients, we will eat safe food.

The future of farming belongs to the consistent.✨️
Not the biggest landowners.
Not those with the most capital.
Not the lucky.
But the ones who show up with a market plan, sharpened skills, and quality produce.
Even when it’s tough they show up and grow.
Effort never betrays.
Soon, the farming industry will mint its millionaires just like tech, real estate, and entertainment have.
But these won’t just be farmers who know how to grow crops.
They’ll be farmers who master what to grow, when to grow it, who to sell it to and how to sell it at the right price.
According to the African Development Bank, Africa’s agribusiness sector is projected to hit $1 trillion by 2030. Yet most smallholder farmers are stuck at the bottom struggling to break even because they only focus on production, not the business side.
The turning point?
Start producing what the majority consume across all income levels.
Staples like tomatoes, onions, sukuma wiki, maize, eggs, and milk foods that are eaten in every village, town, and city.
Then ask.
-Who needs this today?
-Where are they?
-How do I reach them directly?
The next generation of millionaires in farming won’t necessarily have the biggest landbut they’ll have the smartest market plan.
Are you ready to be that farmer?
Think about it and act on it.
