@NoMooreMoney@Budgetdog_ There is a development of condos in Savannnah called Upper East River that advertise prices from $5-9M. . I think they have some cheaper walk-up 3 story row house type units for as little as $1.3M.
A couple of the best flight instructors I've worked with have started a podcast on the subject, and I highly recommend it: https://t.co/jiADTxpyE3 #avgeek
@texasrunnerDFW@VladTheInflator It very heavily depends when you buy, and when you sell — regardless of the asset type. The chart is only valid for a specific start date. And only shows averages.
The largest flyover in NFL history featured 49 Van’s RV aircraft from the KC Flight Formation Team flying over Arrowhead Stadium in an "arrowhead" pattern before the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Oakland Raiders game on October 13, 2013.
@angleofattack In general, I break it down this way—and it works for any kind of flying: know where to look, when to look there, what to look for, and diagnoses their own errors accurately enough to be able to benefit from solo practice. Consistent confidence added in means I can step aside.
@texasrunnerDFW The housing market was working fine until the government got involved. Here’s an article from 1999 in the NYT about government pushing to have mortgage credit extended to this who couldn’t afford it via Fannie: https://t.co/cwAgqLmx1D
@justin_hart@TuckerCarlson That’s what I find so offensive about this “chemtrails” baloney: the insinuation that I am intentionally poisoning my own community, friends, and family.
There are more condensation trails today because there are many more airplanes and they fly further and higher than before.
@SpencerHakimian So if I put $100k down on a $1M house and sell it later for $2M, that’s worse than putting the $100k into stock and seeing it grow to $700k?
In other words, a $600k gain is superior to $1.9M gain? Odd.
@Linzwhitney I’m surprised someone didn’t buy the entire fleet of them.
When the Army retired the U-21A, Dynamic Aviation bought them all. They’re still making bank with them today.
@texasrunnerDFW My first job was after freshman yr of high school. Worked at an animal shelter in Las Vegas. My job was to pick up the dog excrement. Did that for the entire summer in 100+ degree heat. Did I love it? No. But I understood I didn’t have experience and needed to start somewhere.
Have I mentioned how much I love https://t.co/Wr7VaU1lAO? Hard to believe this kind of thing is free. (Although, to be fair, I did provide all the video and flight data… :)
