I ordered Omaha Steaks for my siblings for Christmas which I have done over the last few years. 2 of the 3 orders are over 7 days delayed. The meat will be ruined. It’s 150 minute wait to talk to any customer service representative. Last year I do this. @OmahaSteaks

Nothing more frustrating than trying to talk to both @UPS and @amazon customer support, both in India about a delivery problem in Wyoming. Can’t talk to a real person in Wyoming to resolve a simple delivery problem and the package is stalled just an hour away.

Is any one else having an issue with @amazon devices not connecting on the @Xfinity network? I’m in Highland, UT.

@AmazonHelp Just noticed our phone will connect to prime video over the cellular data network but when forced to use our WiFi, they do not. I would guess that the problem lies with @Xfinity and not anything with Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Yes, I have tried connecting both our 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. No go. Running the latest update of the OS on roku devices. Fire stick says it can’t update because there is no connection.
