Just learned my @hotelsdotcom rewards got converted at 10% value to their new program. I had $270 in rewards that are now $27. I'm still in shock. so I went to try and chat with customer service and found an endless loop with the resident chat bot.

I “love” customer support bots. I had some issues with my @Citibank account and their customer support. I was so frustrated with the customer service that I tried the self-help bot.
I’m not sure it can do a worse job.

I need advice. How do you deal when you get disappointed because the world is not perfect? I usually get angry, frustrated and go hide under the bed and then forget about it for a few days. Rinse and repeat. I think I need a better strategy. #advice #disappointed

@MillsatJersey - Malls really need to add co-working spaces. Can use back rooms not used for retail to create space for people to work while their loved ones shop. Increase time spend at the mall and additional revenue stream. And I would not need to sit at the food court #winwin
