@HiltonHonors @HiltonHotels this is why I'm a long time Diamond. Hilton ALWAYS does the right thing when something goes wrong.

@HiltonHonors when an 11 year old drops his ice cream within 4 minutes of getting it, perhaps they shouldn't be charged to replace. #customerservicefail #hiltondiamond #lifelesson #hiltondisney #hiltonlakebuenavista

@Hertz - Awesome communication and resolution. Thanks for the quick and positive solution.

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

Hey @Starbucks when you spill hot coffee on someone and all over their car-maybe offer more than a napkin.

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

@HiltonHHonors thank you for the quick and satisfactory resolution.

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

@HiltonHHonors thanks. Very unhappy about this - this needs to be made right.

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

@HiltonHHonors , it's not cool to be confirmed and then walked by property after being high status for over 10 years. What is loyalty worth?

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

I haven't tweeted in over a year.

[Ron Tussey @rontussey]

@Delta @DeltaAssist how about some more capacity into LEX from ATL. This is ridiculous.
