Thanks. I replied to the DM and tried to explain again why you cannot simply process a refund like any other transaction. What you see as successful on your end is kind of like ZOMATO tried to initiate the refund, but the refund cannot go through. It���s against banking rules.

@iRobot can you pls provide an option to control the Roomba j5 Combo with a joystick in the app so that I can make it clean areas where the algorithm doesnt clean(which is interestingly quite a lot of the edges)?The others (eg Roborock) have the joystick option already! #roomba

I started recording after it did this for like 2-3 mins… I had to pull it out because it just kept going round and round! I really cannot express my disappointment… I had so high hopes!

@iRobot I bought a J5 Combo(without the auto emptying tower). It has a camera and at times shows me pictures of obstacles,but I do not have an option to see the camera view while it is cleaning! I don’t understand why the owner cannot access the camera?And why can’t you allow it!

Also, I cannot express my disappointment in the https://t.co/aHXZGEsoqQ doesn’t cover the full area of the floor, even when there are no obstacles! I had multiple runs and it still didn’t cover a simple rectangle area fully! Even a blind person can cover it!
