Payment processors are de facto parallel governments dictating what people can and cannot buy.
Not just PayPal, but also Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, etc. are now the gatekeepers of commerce... unelected overlords preventing people from selling and buying legal goods.
Now here, 10shii is an NSFW artist who does draw some "problematic" art, including loli, and loli adjacent stuff, but none of it is strictly "illegal" in most countries around the world.
PayPal's AUP does ban transactions involving content like that, but then again... who elected them to dictate what people are allowed to buy?

It's not just smut content either. Other people have been debanked and removed from the ability to participate in economic commerce, like political dissidents, gun sellers, etc., and every single instance of this never stops with NSFW.

Competition is choked out by regulations such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, banking partnerships, and global sanctions screening. Their AUPs act like private constitutions that are broader than most countries' criminal laws.

Because of all that, they feel safe in maintaining a monopoly, because the alternative, like crypto, etc., has no effective market penetration to even matter for their bottom line. Stablecoins like USDC are starting to gain traction, but its gonna be a very long while before it starts threatening the market share of the legacy systems.

PayPal has permanently banned this artist the second he tried to open commissions. There is no warning and no explanation, no reason, just an instant lock on the account after he verified his ID. They freeze your money and act like it’s nothing.

This isn’t customer service, so it’s straight-up debanking an independent artist with zero accountability. Artists get treated like criminals for trying to make a living. PayPal needs to be held responsible for this.

PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, and Visa are pure devil companies and may debank or suspend payments.

XPayments is the alternative that we have been waiting for.

Hey @TeamYouTube , I was wanting to handle everything in dms, but now all of my messages are being ignored so I have to do this again.
I submitted the information needed via email and I was told not all the info was there, twice.
I submitted more information and got NO response back. I Dm'd you and you gave me a link to visit to enter my contact info.
The link asked what channel am I referring to, and since my channel is terminated, I had to press "skip". I did confirm my email though and completed the process.
You told me someone would reach out to me by email. I submitted this information on Friday, May 15th and haven't heard back from anyone. I asked you in Dm's how long it would take to hear back from someone and I have been ignored.
If someone could just tell me where I am at in this process of getting my channel back or what I need to do next would be great. I already have enough going wrong in my life right now to deal with any more new problems.
