You can do a similar thing to snip on MacBook as someone else has replied- I think you can do 3 or 4- one is a whole screen shot and one allows you to select which area you want-can drag directly into pages etc

@Nicktwactor @HodgkinsonJohn You’re not a teacher if you think you get paid holidays. Teacher pay is divided equally over the year but does not include holiday pay, as you cannot choose your holidays.

@theowlwhistler @SwailesRuth @Sue_Cowley I’ve come into a mat cover which is a jobshare. It was the jobshare who brought it up in a meeting with the head, who used to teach in eyfs. I’m to move that slot to the pm session… so more adult directed tasks can be completed in the morning. I feel undermined and overwhelmed.

@SwailesRuth @theowlwhistler @Sue_Cowley I’m struggling with how to better articulate that we don’t need *more* specific adult led activities (there are many already), we need more play where we follow children’s interests and add to their learning rather than trying to direct it. Feeling very upset about it :(

I was aghast when I was presented with a ticklist of children at the end of one session where she told me they’d ‘whizzed through it’ (I’d tried to add guidance of 3 statements:1 question)… rather than actually enjoying engaging in extended play.

I’ve got a 50 minute slot at 9am in my N timetable where I’ve specified child initiated with all adults supporting and enhancing play… my job share has come to the head with issues with it.
