Shameful behavior and service @BarclaysUK. @MoveAheadWakey my grans charity banks with you and you keep closing their account with no warning. It’s the third time and it’s nearly #xmas and there’s bills to be paid. Give ya heads a wobble.

@BarclaysUKHelp Well, this time they were trying to log on to their account to see if @MoveAheadWakey’s funds had been given back by @BarclaysUK but they weren’t able to access the account again.

@BarclaysUKHelp Each time l “they’d not logged the correct non-profit paperwork” which in fact they had, 2 hours of being on hold n speaking to someone (this was on the second occasion) and you did have their correct paperwork. Just held their trust account fund leaving them penniless. #shocking
