जैसे अनुसूचित जाति सिर्फ भारतीय धर्म मानने वालों के लिए हैं, वैसे भी ओबीसी भी सिर्फ भारतीय धर्म मानने वालों के लिए की जा सकती है या नहीं, इस पर राष्ट्रीय बहस होनी चाहिए.

मुसलमान नेता और सभी मौलाना और मौलवी कह रहे हैं कि इस्लाम और कुरान में जाति नहीं है और मस्जिद से लेकर हर जगह हर मुसलमान बराबर हैं, आपस में शादी भी हो जाती है और न कोई छोटा है न बड़ा, तो मुसलमान ओबीसी का सर्टिफिकेट क्यों बनवा रहे हैं? इस आधार पर नौकरी और एडमिशन क्यों ले रहे हैं?

इस प्रश्न पर राष्ट्र को विचार करना चाहिए कि क्या अनुसूचित जाति के लिए कानून मंत्री रहते बाबा साहब द्वारा बनाए गए संविधान आदेश 1950 का विस्तार ओबीसी तक नहीं होना चाहिए?

ओबीसी का आधार जाति माना गया है, हर ओबीसी सर्टिफिकेट में जाति लिखनी पड़ती है, तो जिनका दावा है कि उनमें जाति है ही नहीं, वे ओबीसी कैसे हो सकते हैं?

भारतीय धर्मों में भेदभाव माना गया है, इसलिए जाति आधारित संरक्षण है. इस्लाम मानने वालों को ये संरक्षण कैसे? उनका तो बराबरी वाला धर्म है न?

जो करोड़ों मुस्लिम ओबीसी की लिस्ट में हैं, ओबीसी का कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट बनवाते हैं और धर्म के कॉलम में इस्लाम भरते हैं, उनसे 3 प्रश्न पूछे जाने चाहिए

1. इस्लाम में जाति है या नहीं
2. जाति के आधार पर इस्लाम में उनका शोषण हुआ है या नहीं
3. क्या उनके सामाजिक और शैक्षणिक पिछड़ेपन का कारण इस्लाम का जातिवाद है.

अगर वे इन तीन बातों को नहीं मानते तो उनको ओबीसी का आरक्षण नहीं लेना चाहिए.

जब आप जाति मानते ही नहीं तो कास्ट सर्टिफिकेट बनना बे-ईमानी है. बे-ईमानी करने वाले दोजख यानी नर्क में जाएंगे. ईमान के बिना क्या जीना?

हिंदू-सिख आदि ओबीसी के हक पर उन्हें डाका नहीं डालना चाहिए.
