Some of the most comforting words in the universe are ‘me too’. That moment when you find out that your struggle is also someone else’s struggle, that you’re not alone, and that others have been down the same road. Don’t be afraid to open your heart . #MentalHealthAwareness

I wrote a piece on the anxiety equation and "decatastrophising", may be helpful to those feeling overwhelmed with all this uncertainty. Please share if you find it helpful!

Media guidelines for discussing sucide and it's prevention are something we should all be aware of. I made a video over on my Instagram. Have a listen if you have the time. #iasp#MentalHealthAwareness#prevention#SuicideAwareness

@EmmaJaneSas Somehow I have never come acros this, thanks for the recommendation - reviews very well and such an important and "complex" topic where more research and reading is required.

@flyingawxy You should never invalidate someone else's pain. Saying you shouldn't feel sad because there is someone else who has it worse is like saying you shouldn't feel happy because someone else probably has it better.

Black and white thinking is a thinking error that can be hard to avoid but is responsible for so much anger at others and potentially yourself. This article reminds me of "thinking fast and slow" by Daniel Kahneman - Great book!
@MoominFace I had this just a few weeks back. Ears blocked with wax, one 95%, the other totally. First time in my life at 32 and for no apparent reason. They get you to put oil in there for a week and then flush it out! Hope you feel better soon.
Always be careful with self-diagnosing but this is a fantastic resource that offers initial screening for potential mental health concerns. That this annonymous screen and please follow up concerns with your G.P.
77% or 4 of every 5 completed suicides is a guy. The numbers tell us a lot of men out there are suffering. Most men aren't asking for or getting the help they need. Men aren't encouraging others to talk about what they're going through. A resource for men https://t.co/h97McvUovU
