The banks are at risk of not getting their money due to their bullshit predatory loans they give for useless degrees. AKA they are at risk.

So the government comes in and gives them our money and covers their tab/risk on bullshit loans.

They can't tank the banks, so the solution is to print more money and transfer it to the banks and .01%.
