@SwiggyCares Please you must integrate the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS section of the food delivery with Instamart. After all it's the same platform. Even most of your food delivery execs do not bother to read the delivery instructions. They prefer to call despite clear instructions.

1. It is the only app which has absolutely ZERO customer support options.

No helpline.

No chat.

No support ticket creation.

2. It is the only app which gives refunds only into its own wallet.

@bigbasket_com As a long standing customer of BigBasket & fan of Tata group, i would love to understand how you are able to price the organic & non organic version of the same product identically. Are you subsidising the organic products ?

@pharmeasyapp And then only allows for 5% of the order amount to be paid from the wallet balance whereas all other apps like Tata1mg and Apollo allow for entire amount to be used for order payment.

3. Recognises Amex credit cards but app doesn't allow input of 4 digit CVV.

The delivery person should not be in delivery job. He called me 10 times despite the complete address being clearly mentioned in the order. He simply has no knowledge of how to locate an address.

Even after reaching the house he was asking which floor to come despite it being clearly mentioned that the order is for Ground floor Rear (Backside).

Please shift him to some other job. He should not all be in delivery job.

@Camsonline CAMS is facing way too many outages. Just can't transact in CAMS serviced MFs these days. Very poor service.
