The worst ever customer service from @Swiggy and @SwiggyCares. They cheat customers and then don’t bother to take calls or revert back. And blame their new policy which is only there to fleece customers. Never order with @Swiggy ever!

Globally, women control 30% of all wealth, and this share is growing. In India, too, more women are becoming earners, savers, and investors.
Thank you, ET NOW, for the opportunity to share our perspective on women’s participation on IndiaP2P’s platform.

@airindia I am tired of this back and forth. I will send you my bank details - kindly transfer 20,000 in my account as per the form you made me sign. Thanks. That’s the least you can do.
Air India never ceases to amaze with their illogical policies. Offering me 5000 as compensation for the entertainment system not working for either leg of a long haul Australia flight in business class. By that logic the return fare should be 30k and not 3 lacs @airindia
Terrible customer service by the largest airline in the country. Shameful what we have to face even while flying business class. No empathy, zero customer orientation and not a care in the world. Sorry to see this state of affairs @airindia
@airindia As I had mentioned, I sighed a form for 10,000 rupees as compensation in sydney at the check in counter. How are you offering me 5000? Secondly, the system did not work for my Mumbai Melbourne flight. Where’s the compensation for that ? Terrible service @airindia
Long haul flight from Mumbai to Melbourne and then Sydney to Delhi last week on Air India. Supposedly business class - yet terrible state of the planes and entertainment system didn’t work on either leg. You call this a world class airline @airindia ? Very disappointed.

@PeopleMatters2 A5: The biggest one is the change in outlook and perspective of organizations towards their employees. The 'Great Resignation' has shown that compensation seldom drives engagement, and a holistic approach towards work environment, growth, learning & culture is key.

@PeopleMatters2 A4: Technology when used tactically can do a lot to build social cohesion at work which has significantly eroded. Most of our current challenges can be addressed by deploying the right tools to drive the desired culture and a sense of belongingness among colleagues.

@PeopleMatters2 A3: Health & Wellness have assumed significant prominence over the last 2 years. With strong focus on mental health companies are trying to drive work life balance for sustainable operations. Regular recognition, feedback and manager connects are some other popular ones #PMTRWC
