@British_Airways trying over 2 days to call BA Exec Club US. Avg hold time is 1 hr then disconnects. Need to change a flight booked with Avios on AA. BA won’t let you change dates online. Won’t let AA make changes either. Nowhere to turn. pathetic service for 30 yrs of loyalty😡

If passengers are flying on AI on ONE PNR, VBM flight, from SFO to Blr via Delhi will they be quarantined in Delhi if they don’t have a negative covid report? Karnataka is 14 days home q so this is causing more panic now.
