My mother (Uma singh) applied for a loan for PM Surya Ghar Yojana of the sum of 1,71,000/- from Jansamarth portal. PNB digitally approved the loan but not disbursed the amount yet. She doesn't want the loan anymore and applied for the cancellation of loan one week ago.

@pnbindia No response from bank yet. We submitted a physical application letter to the branch manager (Thakurganj Branch, Lucknow) but he is delaying it continuously with no satisfactory answer or promise. The branch staff is delaying it and refused to provide a stamped receipt copy.

I want an official FIR against them for violation of the government act, cheating the consumer, false information and taking consent with false assurance of it being postpaid. I must go to higher authority if not resolved.

And now you are forcing us for that despite the government guidelines.

That's how the MVVNL is working. They are not calling me and saying that I am not receiving their call. Instead of solving consumer complaints, they are blaming the consumers themselves.
