You do understand that Republika Srpska is not a sovereign country. It is an entity created within Bosnia and Herzegovina following the Bosnian War, built on the foundations of ethnic cleansing and the genocide in Srebrenica in 1995 — where over 8,000 Bosniak men, boys, woman, girls and children were systematically murdered. International courts, including the ICTY and ICJ, have legally recognized this as genocide.
On top of that, the deep fear among people in Kosovo regarding Serbian access to sites, land, or greater influence stems directly from the trauma of past atrocities and the very real risk of history repeating itself. During the 1998–1999 Kosovo War, Serbian forces under Milosević carried out widespread ethnic cleansing, killing thousands of Albanians and displacing over a million. That memory is still raw.
This fear is not about Christianity — it’s about survival and preventing another Srebrenica-style massacre. Recent comments from Serbian officials only heighten those legitimate concerns. For example, in July 2026, Serbian Minister Snežana Paunović publicly stated that if she had been in Slobodan Milošević’s position in 1998, she would have “ethnically cleansed Kosovo,” framing it as removing those who didn’t feel part of Serbia. Such rhetoric from a government minister underscores why trust is absent and why vigilance against potential repetition of genocide and cleansing remains essential.
These traumas — rooted in verified war crimes and genocide — shape the region’s realities today. Acknowledging them honestly is the only path forward.
@DGosteljski Are you an idiot? Seriously idiot! Idiot! Idiot! Stupid fucking idiot. You will one day get to that place where god is and let’s hope he reminds you that you are an idiot

@NationalIndNews I have a great idea how about we just let you have Serbia and you rename Serbia the republik of Serbia. Vucic is leaving and Milorad can take over. I think it’s a fantastic solution
