@AmberLakeFarm The lentils went okay. They grow much better in trays than the jars. Chicks eat them but aren’t super excited about them. Now I’m growing salad mix sprouts and they really seem to love those!

Chicken fodder experiment 3 is now live. Trying jars this time to see if grows faster, easier, etc.

Using strainer lids to make it easier to rinse and drain twice a day.

The other issue here is price. Because they do such large volume, they can sell it cheaper, which makes it harder for small local producers to do it.

Consumers rarely know the difference in buying from the grocery store and buying it from me in my backyard, until it comes to price.

My first ever loaf of bread turned out pretty awesome! Just needs a slight tweak on the recipe to make it perfect. I’ll take it!
