BREAKING: The Cabinet on Tuesday has approved a revision of its visa-free entry policy, ending the blanket 60-day stay for travellers from 93 countries and territories. The government says the move is intended to reduce abuse of the system while balancing tourism and national security.
Under the new rules, visitors from 59 countries and territories will be allowed visa-free stays of up to 30 days, while nationals of Mauritius and Seychelles will receive 15-day visa-free entry. India will move from Visa on Arrival to a 15-day visa exemption.
The government said the changes will take effect 15 days after publication in the Royal Gazette. Authorities will also strengthen the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system to improve traveller screening and monitor visa use. #ThailandNews #Visa #Tourism #TDAC
